Overview

S10 is the culmination of the Desertica core curriculum. It is not a single skill session — it is an integration of everything. High speed and low speed. Tall ridges and technical terrain. Precision at pace and patience at the limit. No drift. No imprecision. Complete self-sufficiency.

A member who earns S10 sign-off is a fully capable desert driver. Not just someone who has completed a course, but someone who has developed the feel, judgment, technical skill, and vehicle mastery to drive any terrain the UAE desert offers — and to do it safely, consistently, and with the awareness that distinguishes a trained driver from an experienced one.

S10 is the end of the beginning. Full Member status is awarded. The drives continue. The learning never stops.

What you'll cover

• Complete technical integration — high and low speed driving combined in a single session across varied terrain
• Tall ridge mastery at all speeds — no drift, precise wheel placement, full vehicle control
• Large dune systems driven with flow and consistency — not one good run, but sustained excellence
• Self-sufficiency assessment — the member drives with full independence, making every decision without marshal guidance
• Technical terrain at low speed — the precision and patience that demanding slow-speed sections require
• Full Member status — awarded upon marshal sign-off, recognising complete core curriculum completion
